	removed in the packages yet - we now do it the hard way

	to not load.

        Now configures the network interface after the base
	install to allow for static IP addresses.
        Added multitail functionality, along with "watchall".
        Now downloads "qmailtoaster-plus-current.noarch.rpm" to 
	make versions easier.
        All compile/install logs are now "tee"ed to
	/var/log/qmt-build.
        The screen will no longer blank while it's compiling or
	installing packages. I found this annoying while trying
	to watch the install process.
        The QmailToaster packages are now part of the ISO and
	script only tries to download if there are newer 
	packages available to help save on install time and,
	most importantly, bandwidth on the QMT server.
        All CentOS packages are updated to the latest versions
	as of 3-30-2007, so downloading updates should be minimal.
        Now generating a MD5 checksum to verify the download
	integrtity
